How do I book a driver?

Select a tour (or customize one),a date, a car type (if applicable),the number of passengers and provide us your contact info.

What do I do after booking a driver?

We will find you a verified driver within 24 hours and send you his/her details and contact info. If necessary, you can also contact the driver and discuss your trip with him/her. On the date you requested, the driver will pick you up at a specific time and location.

How do I cancel a booking I’ve made?

You can cancel a booking by informing our customer service team. Cancellation is free for the first 24 hours of the booking. For more information on our cancellation policy, please see Terms & Conditions.

When do I make a payment?

A deposit is required when you book a trip. The balance is payable in cash (in New Taiwan dollars for Taiwan or Philippine pesos in the Philippines) to the driver at the end of your trip.

Should I give the driver a tip?

Tips are optional, but we suggest one of 10% if you’re satisfied with the driver’s service.

Customize Trips

Why can't I find the destination I want?

For customized tours, we use Google Maps to locate your destination. If you can't find a destination, it may be because Google Maps doesn’t recognize it or it’s listed under a different name. Try using the full address instead.

How is the price of a customized tour calculated?

We use advanced technology to determine the shortest route with the lowest price for your trip. The price includes the service fee for the driver, fuel costs, highway tolls and parking fees.
